I turned toward an integrative approach for pain relief, understanding ways to improve quality of life while living with constant pain. Healing isn’t absence of the condition. It is the harmony of the physical, mental and emotional well-being.
My Background : I am an Integrative Family Medicine Doctor specialized in Mind Body Medicine. I am a certified mindfulness mentor , teacher and a certified pain coach trained in advanced pain reprocessing therapy, emotional awareness and expression therapy and freedom from chronic pain.
My hope is to share these insights and empower you to be able to live well with chronic illness and pain.
Dr. Rita was kind, attentive and thoughtful which is rare in this day and age. She took the time to explain explain why I was stuck in the fear-pain cycle which I now understand.
