A 2023 Washington University study confirmed that mindbody connections are built into the very structure of the brain, linking areas controlling movement, thinking, and vital functions like heart rate.

So when your nervous system becomes hypervigilant due to stress, trauma, or personality traits like perfectionism, it creates physical warning signals. By understanding and rewiring these neural pathways, nearly two-thirds of patients with chronic pain became pain-free. 

This tells us that cultivating a mindbody model can help you find relief and wholeness that may have seemed impossible before.

I pursued additional training in specialized mindbody medicine to fill a critical gap in traditional care. This approach transformed my own health journey, my patients’ lives, and the way I think about health. I believe everyone deserves the tools to understand their body and their healing potential.

Online Sessions Fee

Studies show virtual coaching is evidence-based and effective. Pain Reprocessing coaching is available worldwide via video or call. Coaching is self-pay and not covered by insurance.
